Your profile will be used to share who you are with fellow attendees and make networking easier and more personalized. The system will automatically provide customized attendee “matches” based on what you enter in your profile. You can find these Matches in the Changemakers section, under the Attendees tab. The more complete your profile, the better matches you will receive. You can also manually search for other attendees with similar interests, needs, and backgrounds by clicking the “Filter” button and searching the attendee database by public profile fields.
Note: As we aim to create a more equitable and inclusive community, we gather critical demographic information that is not visible on your profile. Your personal data will not be made public, and any information collected will be analyzed and reported only in its aggregate form.

Go to the Agenda tab and find the session you are interested in. In the session description, click the “Add to Your Calendar” button to add the session to your external work or personal calendar. You can also click the “Add to My Schedule” button which saves the session to your “My Schedule” in the Hubilo platform. This schedule can be found under the My Schedule tab at the top of the page or under your Profile.
Click “more info” at the bottom of the session description box and the full description will appear. You can also learn more about the session speakers and sponsors by hovering over their pictures and clicking on their profiles
Yes. Although we encourage attendees to arrive promptly at the beginning of each session, you may still join once a session is underway.
No, it is not possible to dial into sessions via telephone. All sessions must be entered through the Upswell platform.
Networking is easy within the platform. There are multiple ways to connect:
This is where you can access all Spark Talk programming. Spark Talks are 20-minute sessions about bold, innovative ideas, breaking research, and emerging trends. The presentations are divided into two parts: speakers share their framework for the first 10 minutes and receive audience feedback for the last 10 minutes of the session.
To enter a Spark Talk session, find the Spark Talk session you are interested in on the Agenda tab and click “Join Session.” You will be taken to the Spark Talks page where you will access your session by clicking on the “Enter” button.
The Public Square is a space where attendees can wander in and meet others organically like they would an in-person event. Virtual tables will be set up with varying numbers of seats and will revolve around various activities and topics. To take part, just click on an empty chair at one of the tables. You will be asked to share your camera and mic but cameras are optional in this space.
There will be 2 events held here on Oct 20: 1. Networking in the Public Square from 12:00-1:30 pm EST and 2. the Deep Dive Discussions event from 5:15-6:15 pm EST. The rest of the time the Public Square will be open for informal networking.

There are a couple of ways you can connect with a Partner:
On the side navigation bar, click on the trophy icon and you will see the Leaderboard. All registrants automatically earn points for completing certain activities in the platform like visiting a Partner booth or sending a meeting request. The full list of actions can be found by clicking on the Points button. Top point earners are eligible for prizes. The Top 25 point earners are entered into a raffle for a $750 gift card. The Top 50 point earners are entered into a raffle for a $500 gift card. And the Top 100 point earners are entered into a raffle for complimentary Summit registration for them and their staff at the 2022 Summit. Winners will be announced on Friday, Oct. 20 at 1:00 pm EST.

Yes, there is a button in the player that you can use to toggle it off.
Yes! If you missed something (or want to experience everything), you'll have access to recordings the next day. Just click on the session you want to watch on the Agenda tab and the recording will be available. You'll be able to log back in post-Upswell Summit, too. The only sessions that will not be recorded are the table discussions held in the Public Square.
While all sessions will be recorded, a select portion of the programming will be available On Demand to all Upswell registrants in the weeks following the event. Check back soon on upswell.org/on-demand.
We are unable to offer refunds and registration cancellations for the Upswell Summit. We can transfer your registration to another person in your organization. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
