Diamond Dumas (she/her) is a graduate from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Art in Anthropology. She currently works as a Street Outreach Worker in her hometown of Key West, Florida. She has advocated for youth education as an AmeriCorps Alumni of City Year Jacksonville, and has petitioned for equal rights and protections for LGBTQ+ persons as an intern for Equality Florida. A frequent attender of rallies and protests, Diamond is also passionate about racial equality and justice and the climate crisis and uses her role as a Youth Catalyst Team consultant with Youth Collaboratory to continue promoting youth as catalysts for change.
